Meet Kasem

Kasem is a qualified hypnotherapist (Est. 2017) and a Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School graduate. He holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

Kasem’s approach is solution focused — meaning we spend less time digging endlessly into the past and more time building practical change in the present. Sessions are structured, goal-led and supportive, helping you reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep, shift habits, and build confidence with clear steps you can actually use between sessions.
