For decades I've worked across hypnotherapy, astrology, meditation and personal development, and I've taught and mentored people since 1997. I also run OneFortyHarrow, a creative hub in West Harrow, so I know what building a life on your own terms actually takes.

Before you apply
Do I need to believe in astrology?
No. Treat the chart as a mirror and a map of tendencies, not a fate. Your chart is not your destiny; it's a way of seeing the pattern clearly so we can work on it.
What if I don't know my birth time?
Bring what you have. A birth time sharpens the reading, but we can still do meaningful work without it.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Deeply relaxed and focused. You stay aware and in control the whole time. Most people describe it as the calmest they've felt in months.
I'm not a diary or goal-setting person. Is this for me?
Yes. That's exactly why we use the Captain's Log instead. A ship doesn't keep a journal; it logs its position, its heading and the conditions. Three lines a day, or a quick voice note. If you can send a text, you can keep a log.
Does it work online?
Yes. Chart work and life design translate perfectly to Zoom, and online hypnotherapy is just as effective as long as you're somewhere quiet and comfortable with headphones. Many clients prefer it, because they're relaxing in their own space.
Why only three sessions?
Because the goal is to give you the insight, the shift and the plan, then get out of your way. If you want ongoing support afterwards, we can talk about it.
Is this a replacement for medical or psychiatric care?
No. Cosmic Rewire is a personal development process. If you're under medical care, keep working with your GP or specialist alongside it.
